1Member Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the kv8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. kv8 reserves the right to request proof of identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with these requirements.

• Age Limit: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. KV8 takes the protection of minors seriously and will terminate any account found to belong to an underage individual.
• Location: kv8 services are available to players accessing the platform from permitted locations. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with your local laws.
• One Account: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering more than one account with the intent to exploit promotions or circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false information is a serious violation of these Terms.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement and must not be undergoing bankruptcy proceedings or subject to any court order that restricts you from gambling.

• Account Activity: You are responsible for all activity that occurs within your account. KV8 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account use if such use arises from your own negligence.
• Information Updates: It is your responsibility to ensure that the personal information in your account is always up to date, especially your bank account number for withdrawal purposes.

3Deposits & Payments

4Cash Withdrawal

KV8 is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawals quickly and transparently. We understand that the ability to withdraw winnings with ease is one of the most important factors for every player.

• Withdrawal Limit: The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction. The daily maximum limit depends on your account level and chosen withdrawal method.

• Rollover Requirements: Every bonus has a rollover (wagering) requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements vary by bonus type.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have a defined validity period. If rollover requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus and any associated winnings will expire automatically.

7Account Termination

• Termination by kv8: KV8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member who violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in fraud, uses bots, or carries out any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform.
• Balance After Termination: For voluntary termination, any eligible balance will be returned to you after all reviews are complete. For termination due to violations, KV8 reserves the right to forfeit any balance associated with the problematic activity.

• Game Results: kv8 is not responsible for losses resulting from valid game outcomes. Gaming involves financial risk, and you are solely responsible for your own betting decisions.
